All rooms have provisions for AC, TV and Computer with separate electricity meters for each room according to the preferences of each guest. With a Clean and sterile, the kitchen provides good wholesome food, warm hospitality and bright surroundings. The Library has been furnished with comfortable seating arrangements and interesting books. The Recreation Room as a dynamic center revolves around relaxation and fun.

A COST-EFFECTIVE CONCEPT
With a fair overview of a creative concept, HAPPY HOME TRUST Senior Citizen's Home has structured their pricing module as follows:
Life Time single occupancy Rs. 5 Lacs exclusive of medical charges.
Monthly charge of Rs. 6000/- for a single occupant.
Monthly charge of Rs. 9500/- for a couple
A deposit of 10 months will be taken during admission.
This deposit is solely collected for the purpose of tiding over medical emergencies, which may arise
fee liable to revisions annually
Donation:-This Trust has approval under the 80 G of the I.T. Act, which entitles legal receipt of donations which comes under income tax exception for development activities.
